To secure a wellness fraction at Candela, users are advised to:

Browse available wellness fractions on the sales platform: https://sales.candela-tulum.mx/login
Reserve your preferred unit directly from the platform.
To secure your fractional week at Candela, the $2,000 USD reservation fee is required.
Once paid, your week will be reserved for 14 days while you review and sign the Fractional Ownership Agreement.

Next steps after reservation:

This $2,000 USD will be deducted from your 30% purchase deposit.
The Fractional Ownership Agreement will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You will have 14 days to review, sign, and schedule calls for any questions.
Once signed, the remaining balance of the 30% deposit must be completed within 48 hours.
The remaining balance of the purchase price is payable in 12 monthly instalments.
Optional: Up to 5% discount available for full upfront payment.

In the unlikely event that a fraction is double booked, the buyer that paid their reservation deposit first (recorded by digital timestamp) will secure the fraction. The second buyer shall be refunded should they not find a suitable replacement.
